Udderly Fresh now have a pasteurising unit on their farm, allowing sales of delicious whole milk to Farm shops, restaurants, delis and coffee shops and throughout Buckinghamshire.

Our Whole Milk is gently pasteurised at a lower temperature for longer periods than traditional methods, to preserve texture and creaminess. It is also not homogenised,  therefore contains a natural cream layer perfect for restaurants, hotels and coffee shops. 

​

We can bottle up the whole milk for orders during the week for collection on a Friday from the farm shop. please get in contact with us to book in your collection.
